Rental Policies

• A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your rental date.

• Deposits may be refunded or rescheduled in cases of severe weather or unsafe rental conditions.

• Remaining balance is due at delivery.

• Delivery, setup, and takedown are included within 15 miles. Additional delivery fees may apply outside the service area.

• Adult supervision is required at all times while equipment is in use.

• No shoes, food, drinks, gum, confetti, glitter, or silly string inside inflatables.

• Customers are responsible for providing a safe and clear setup area free of debris, pet waste, sharp objects, or overhead obstacles.

• Water slide rentals require access to a working water hose and electrical outlet.

• Customers are responsible for any damage caused by misuse, prohibited items, or failure to follow safety instructions.

• Overnight rentals are available for an additional fee based on availability.

• Buzz Bounce Rentals reserves the right to cancel or reschedule rentals due to severe weather or unsafe conditions.

• Please do not allow rough play, flips, climbing on walls, or overcrowding inside inflatables.
